Student Medical Examination
The items in the Health Certificate for Short-term Students or for Residence
Applications differ from those required by the Ministry of Education for
students, so it cannot be used as a Student Medical Examination .
Under theregulations, all new students must complete the student Medical
Examination (at their own expense) at the beginning of the school term.

1.The dates and times for the health check are as follows:
2.Please register on the Google form and select a check time , bring your
passport or residence card (for identity verification), and proceed directly to
the 1nd floor of the FJCU hospital for the health check.

3.The cost is NTD$850 (group discount).
Payable in cash only, and a receipt will be provided on-site.
4.If you miss the above schedule, you will need to complete the New Student
Health Check at other medical facility or Fu Jen University Clinic (the clinic is
located on the 1st floor of Paul Cardinal Shan Medical Building).
